Like many of us, I have fond memories of handing strippers a folded piece of cash and hearing, \u201cShake it baby!\u201d<\/p>\n

Also, like many of us, I played Duke Nukem<\/em>. When I heard that Duke Nukem Forever<\/em> was being canceled I wasn\u2019t disappointed. It was the outcome I had expected. I\u2019m sure most people would have been more surprised if it had come out. Well prepare to have your hopes dashed one more time because a new rumor is making the rounds that the guys behind 2009\u2019s FP-RPS (First Person Role-Playing Shooter) Borderlands<\/em>, Gearbox Studios, are picking up where 3D Realms left off. This isn\u2019t the craziest rumor I\u2019ve heard though. <\/p>\n

Take-Two still has the rights to the Duke Nukem<\/em> franchise and Gearbox was supposed to be making a spin-off Duke Begins <\/em>earlier in the year. Gearbox\u2019s president Randy Pitchford neither confirmed nor denied this, but implied that he will be able to clarify at PAX Prime 2010 in a couple weeks.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
