In the lead single from her anticipated album Stardew & Chill 2, Coffee Date reveals her take on “Grandpa’s Theme”. Her emotional interpretation of the Stardew Valley theme weaves tender vocals and viola with delicate music box and beats.


Coffee Date is the project of Evelyn Rivera. Her style highlights a blend of acoustic instrumentation, lofi texture, and heartfelt melodies.

“Grandpa’s Theme” is the first look at the upcoming Stardew & Chill 2, the sequel to Coffee Date and Dj Cutman’s 2022 album. From the indie farming simulator sensation Stardew Valley, the theme was composed by the game’s creator Eric Barone (also known by his moniker ConcernedApe).
