The Deku Trio creates a classy tribute to the Wii in “Mii Channel”! Interpreted with elegant jazz piano, brushed drums, and bass, the iconic theme is reimagined for a laid-back lounge atmosphere.

The Deku Trio is a project created by Chris Davidson and Rob Araujo. Known for their hit debut album Zelda & Jazz and the most recent installment Zelda & Jazz III, the virtual three-piece outfit plays tribute to classic gaming themes with inspired jazz arrangements. In “Mii Channel”, the Trio transforms the Wii’s Mii Plaza into a jazz club. The viral theme, as well as the other channel themes for the Wii, were composed by Kazumi Totaka. For another laid-back Wii-era tribute in the GameChops catalog, see Wii Chill.
