Soothing harp arpeggios and violin lines soar in “Prelude to Final Fantasy”, Coffee Date and Harpsona’s gentle lofi tribute to Final Fantasy’s beloved main theme.

“Prelude to Final Fantasy” pairs Los Angeles composer and multi-instrumentalist Coffee Date with Harpsona, a New York-based harpist and arranger. Composed by Nobuo Uematsu, “Prelude” was originally a last-minute addition to the NES’ Final Fantasy that became the series’ signature theme. Harpsona’s delicate harp performance is at forefront of the track, which Coffee Date accents with lofi beats and live violin arrangements.
