Snore Lax is Matt Hope, a Philadelphia-based guitarist. With vast reverby atmospheres, crispy rhythms, and his own electric guitar grooves, Snore Lax applies his unique flavor of chill lofi hip hop to his favorites from the Nintendo 64 and Playstation eras in his second album, Study Buddy. The seven-track album features music from classics including Super Mario 64, Banjo-Kazooie, Kingdom Hearts, and more; composers include Jun Chikuma, Kazumi Totaka, Grant Kirkhope, Yoko Shimomura, Yuka Tsujiyoko, David Wise, and Koji Kondo.
