The Zelda Tape series continues with 11 lofi hip hop tracks by Tune in With Chewie. Focusing on dark and deep cuts from The Legend of Zelda, Chewie highlights the shadows of Hyrule with textured guitar, moody keys, and lofi ambience.
Glasys, best known for his viral MIDI art and performance videos, delivers a lofi synth cover of Metroid Prime using three hardware synths.
“Hip Shop” is the theme of the titular shop featured in Toby Fox’s Deltarune, and like the rest of the soundtrack, is pure gold. Coffee Date and Curly’s take features warm sax lines, piano, and strings with a worn-out, nostalgic flair.
