The brothers behind Ocarina of Vibes return as Super Piano 64 with an acoustic arrangement of “Kakariko Village.” The duo reimagines the town’s theme from The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time with soothing piano riffs and cozy jazz vibes.
Jazz pianist Canaan Evans and drummer Nate Evans made their debut in the lofi scene as Super Lofi 64 with Ocarina of Vibes. Now, Canaan and Nate are joining forces with GameChops’ acoustic project, Unplugged, for the release of their solo piano arrangements from Ocarina of Vibes as Super Piano 64. One of the most beloved Zelda melodies, “Kakariko Village” was composed by Nintendo legend Koji Kondo, and features in the Nintendo 64 classic The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time.
Their full album, Zelda & Piano: Ocarina of Time, releases September 9th on all stores and streaming platforms!
