Shovel Knight: Strike The Earth Remix!
Dj CUTMAN here, and I love Shovel Knight! This track just dropped on the GameChops youtube channel. It’s a futuristic trap and drum and bass track that Kevin Villecco and I made out of the Shovel Knight OST. This track started at TooManyGames in the convention hotel room as a simple beat. As I played Shovel Knight, I got more and more amped for this remix, and it grew to epic proportions!” ▸ Out Now!
Mykah | BASStion
Spending months in the studio, studying and tweaking, Mykah builds off his original Scumbag Alley remix to create this Bastion-inspired collection of remixes. With artwork, mixing, and mastering all complete by Mykah himself, this is his hardest-hitting project yet.
“Bastion is one of the best indie games I have played in recent years and the unique narration provided by Logan Cunningham and sublime soundtrack by Darren Korb were just begging to be combined in a remix album. I set out to create new versions of the tracks I could use in my DJ sets and create a new twist on the originals for fans of electronic music and videogames everywhere.” – Mykah

Sammus + Dj CUTMAN | Nerdcore Instrumentals
A note from Dj CUTMAN: The concept of Nerdcore Instrumentals is a way for me as an audio engineer to give back to the Nerdcore community. I’ve always loved hiphop music. I thought it would be a cool experiment to use some of the mastering techniques I usually reserve for dance music on hiphop instrumentals. I think the results are powerful. Use these beats as freestyle tools, mix into a DJ set, or just kick back and enjoy. Much praise to Sammus for originally making these beats and giving me the opportunity to go mad scientist on them >B]
